Ronald Snavely

Ronald Snavely received his undergraduate degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, where he graduated summa cum laude and was active as a student leader. He received a Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University.

Mr. Snavely received his Juris Doctor degree from The Dickenson School of Law (Penn State University) in Carlisle, PA, where he graduated first in a class of 190, received the award for the highest average in taxation, and wrote as an associate editor at the prestigious Dickinson Law Review.

Mr. Snavely is admitted to practice before all the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Western District of New York. Prior to locating in northern PA and western NY, he practiced in the areas of estate planning, taxation and business law in Harrisburg, PA. He has also held positions with Family Life Ministries, Inc., IBM, AT&T, Pennsylvania's Public School Employee's Retirement System (PSERS) and State Employee's Retirement System (SERS), and clerked for a large corporate law firm in Wilmington, DE.

Mr. Snavely is a member of the New York Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has been a featured speaker at various Pennsylvania and New York agricultural cooperative extension programs.

Mr. Snavely is the principal of The Snavely Law Firm located in the Corning, NY, area. He devotes his practice to will planning, Medicaid planning, probate practice and trust planning and administration, including revocable trusts, irrevocable income only trusts, life insurance trusts, supplemental needs trusts and charitable trusts.

Aaron Mullen

Aaron Mullen grew up on a small farm in Steuben County, and is a graduate of Prattsburgh High School, Alfred University (cum laude) and Regent University School of Law (cum laude).

After graduating from Alfred, Aaron taught junior-high US History at Avoca Central School for two years, where he also coached varsity baseball and junior-high basketball. While coaching the baseball team in 2006, Aaron was blessed to be able to lead a very talented group of players to the first New York State Baseball Championship ever won by a Steuben County School.

After attending law school in Virginia Beach, Aaron moved back to Avoca in 2010 and was sworn in as an attorney in early 2011. His primary areas of practice revolve around real estate and oil and gas issues. In November 2011, Aaron was also elected to a four year term in the Steuben County Legislature.
